About IBUG
Building Champions in Faith and Athletics
Welcome to IpohBUG, acronym for Ipoh Big Ultimate Games. It began with a group of youth workers who share a deep burden for impacting youths in Ipoh. They recognised that youth left without purpose and direction are often vulnerable to unhealthy and disruptive lifestyles.
Founded in March 2008, IpohBUG is a community platform where youths of all ages and ethnic backgrounds come together to play, connect, and have fun. We run free weekly sports programs, such as football, ultimate frisbee, captain ball, and pickleball. We are also invest in raising more trained coaches through 3Dimensional Coaching, equipping them to shape character and impart values to youths like good sportsmanship, respect for rules and personal integrity - are not merely taught in theory, but intentionally lived out on the field.
Over the years, our community work has expanded across Malaysia and beyond. Many individuals have been trained by IpohBug’s staff to run similar programs in their own countries. In 2025, as we stepped onto the global stage, we rebranded ourselves as, iBUG Global Sports, continuing our mission to impact lives through sports worldwide.

School Partnership
Collaboration with both public and private school, running coaching session, classroom value-based lessons and external activities such as camp and students exchange.

Free sports clinics and teambuilding activity for school, colleges, and welfare home in the community.
Serving Trips
We serve with our "GO" strategy, local and regional sports outreach trips that uses coaches and athletes as a bridge in serving the communities.

The acronym RYM stand for "Raise Youth Ministry". The birth of Rym Sport Supply as a social enterprise in the apparel industry in 2020 were driven by a crystal clear mission - delivering quality sportswear and serving as a pillar to support our community works.
